Numerical-Control Angle Adjustment
The platform angle is controlled via CNC to achieve precise tilt.
Four Interchangeable Screen Sizes
Four sand-table modules—small, medium, large, and extra-large—share an identical structure. The screen frame uses a modular combination design to support all four sizes.
0–90° Tilt Flexibility
Whether viewed along the long edge or short edge, the screen tilt is adjustable between 0° (horizontal, parallel to the ground) and 90° (vertical broadcast mode).
Edge-Swap Capability
In vertical mode, the system can flip 90° around its support axis, swapping its long and short outer dimensions.
Mobile and Demountable
Equipped with wheels under the base, the unit can pass through a 1,300 mm-wide doorway. Once disassembled, modules can be transported and reassembled elsewhere, fitting both indoor and outdoor scenarios.

Functions of the Electronic Sand Table Engineering Structure
Steel-Frame Support
Uses high-strength steel framing for excellent load bearing and minimal deformation. Fewer support members are needed, simplifying and speeding up installation.
Modular Splice-and-Detach Design
The frame splits into four sub-structures, each sized for a 16:9 LED display module. After disassembly, it can be transported and reinstalled in different venues.
Four Screen-Structure Sizes
The smallest-screen dimensions serve as the benchmark. Medium, large, and extra-large screens are formed by modular extensions around this benchmark, enabling seamless splicing for each size.
Magnetic Frame Mounting
LED panels attach with magnetic-snap border frames that are lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and fast to install or detach. These snap-on borders adapt to all four screen sizes.

Platform Composition
Composed of the base structure, fixed rotating bearings, and hydraulic cylinders, tailored to all four sand-table sizes.
High-Performance Bearings
Fixed rotating bearings withstand significant impact and vibration loads while offering high torque and low inertia. Their aluminum-alloy rigidity absorbs shocks for smooth rotation and protects the display.
Flip-Plate Design
The screen platform’s long edge connects to the base by a hinge. When the hydraulic cylinder extends, the screen flips around the hinge axis.
Lifting Mechanism
The platform can raise and lower under intelligent CNC control. Tilt angle is adjustable from 0° (horizontal) to 90° (vertical).
Rotation Function
A rotating bearing between the platform and support frame lets the unit swap between horizontal and vertical display orientations when upright.
Modular Mobility
Fitted with wheels, the platform can be freely moved. When not in use, each standalone unit can be covered with camouflage or protective cloth.
Telescoping Support Legs
After disassembly, the lifting legs retract so the sand-table components can pass through doorways no wider than 1,300 mm.
